These projects are a combination of both new systems and upgrades, using a variety
of trunks, including analogue, ISDN2e, ISDN30 and VoIP.

Panasonic KX-TDA15 - Middlesborough
A KX-TDA15 installation with 2 x ISDN2e channels, 4 handsets and Panasonic DECT. The installation included full CAT5e data and telephony networking and the Panasonic is linked to the Intramation supplied Windows 2003 server.

Panasonic KX-TDA30 - London
A 6 line unit, handling calls for telemarketing operation. This is a new installation for a recently launched company.

A small three line, five extension installation noted for the customers complex call routing requirements!

Panasonic KX-TDA-624 with Kirk DECT - Doncaster
Combining the flexability of Kirk DECT with a highly functional Panasonic PBX allowed this dynamic company to work around the factory and offices with total freedom.

Panasonic KX-TES824 - Covent Garden
This was a four line, eight extension project into a new office with a small telemarketing operation.

Televantage 6 - Newark
A state-of-the-art installation. ISDN30e, 60 phone extensions, Kirk DECT inetgration as well as bespoke software developed by Intramation to provide an inbound call centre function. This site also has full remote backup and multiple fall-overand recovery options.

Televantage 6 - Newark-upon-Trent
An installation comprising of an ISDN30 with 30 extensions. Multiple departments with sales, customer service and accounts queues, auto attendents and mail boxes.

Televantage 7 - Chester
150 inbound lines, 89 users, digital and analogue phones, and 56 call centre agents, with a powerful custom IVR for payment processing and call handling. This is a showcase installation by our parent company Intramation Ltd.

A Televantage system for a national company allowing them to benefit from powerful call handling and full voice recording.

Televantage 7 - Newark-upon-Trent
A 30 line, 56 user Televantage system combining a helpdesk, support desk and remote workers. This system also benefits from custom screen-pop software showing important customer details automatically on inbound calls. This system is combined with the poweful Kirk DECT solution to allow telephony access throughout the office and warehouse.

An in-place upgrade of Televantage from 6 to 7 to allow the customer to benefit from the excellent SIP capabilities of Televantage 7.
